Once your claim is approved, we will provide return instructions and gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will work with you to arrange the return and provide either:
- A replacement item, or
- A full refund
depending on your preference and product availability.
Non-Returnable Items

Refund Processing

If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Return Packaging
When returning an item, please ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Alessia Legacy cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking information.
Exchanges
